What We Do
Tuning or a “tune up“ like in the older days of carbureted vehicles is the ability to fine tune a vehicle’s characteristics to ensure its running as efficiently as it can.After adding performance parts, such as a different intake manifold, throttle body, cold air intake, fuel injectors, long tube headers, clutch, etc, that will provide more power, more air, more fuel, more torque, and allow more spark which means more horsepower!When this is the case a custom tune of the PCM (computer) is required for the vehicle to run right and at its optimum level, taking full advantage of the power gains!This however is not where tuning begins or ends… From the factory a vehicles PCM is significantly detuned in order to provide a level of safety for the operator and the vehicle itself. This is where custom tuning comes into play again. With a custom tune parameters such as your air to fuel ratio under idle, cruise and wide open throttle (WOT) are dialed in for engine safety and optimal performance. Engine timing or spark advance is also either advanced for more horse power or retarded for engine safety.Additionally airflow is modified through Mass Air Flow (MAF) or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors to optimize the engines air and fueling. These parameters are all modified under a controlled environment through data logging and refining the PCM‘s strategy to achieve optimal results for performance and engine/operator safety.Essentially tuning is adjusting the vehicles computer to maximize its performance and safety, giving you the driver, the most enjoyable experience with your vehicle. Base tune price includes free revisions for 12 months unless you add a supercharger, boost, or cams.This does not include the price of the SCT unit or RTD unit.There is an option if you are tuning in house for us to use the Shop Device, which will be an additional fee of 75.00. This would allow you to not purchase a device. But, you would only be able to get one tune.After your first year is up, we offer revision and computer support at $150 per year.If you are in need of full computer support during dial in, there will be an additional fee of $75.00. What this means is the calibrator will sign in to your laptop, set up your datalog config file, save the datalog file and email it

"Excellent Customer Service - Very happy with tune results! I purchased a tune for my '22 Mach-1 from a well know tuner and the tuner was having issues with the knock sensor. I posted a question in a Facebook group asking if others experienced similar issue. Marc Reimer with P1Tuners responded to my question. He did not identify himself as a tuner but offered to look at my data logs and then offered to send me a tune to try. Only with my questioning did I discover that he was a tuner with P1Tuners. "I want to start of by saying MARC REIMER is an amazing guy.
I had some issues and concerns with another tune from another company. He took the time to go over everything needed with me not only did he address and correct my concerns the car it self runs a lot better and pulls way harder.
With that being said customer service is phenomenal the product(the tune) is phenomenal
